How to request a custom order

Send the details below to start a request.
We quote
You’ll get a written quote before anything is scheduled or charged.
Retainer
Orders over $75 need a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold the date.
Pickup
Balance due at pickup — address sent after you order.
Please include in your email
- Your name, email and phone/text
- Occasion (birthday, wedding/shower, anniversary, holiday, office event, other)
- Date needed and preferred pickup window (Thursday after 5 PM or Friday after 8 AM)
- Item type (layer cake, sheet cake, cupcakes, cinnamon roll platter, cookie/dessert tray, candy or popcorn favors, or something else)
- Servings/quantity, flavor preference, frosting or finish, colors or theme, and exact inscription wording
- Budget range and any allergy or dietary notes we should know about
Custom requests need at least two weeks’ notice. Cakes need one week’s notice minimum.

Our bakes are produced in a shared commercial kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact, so we do not recommend our products for severe or life-threatening allergies. Allergen lists on this site cover ingredients we add on purpose — they are informational only, not a guarantee. Tinkering Bee Bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and deciding whether an item is right for you and your guests.
